From the outset we believed that it was essential to provide service for the kilns we sold to our customers. To that end we retained the services of a Master Electrician to address any and all kiln related service calls. Dale Vieaux has been servicing electric kilns for consumers, schools and industry for over thirty years. He has more knowledge and experience in this regard than anyone else we know.
